I am a disabled housebound lady and I have been having problems with my online shopping for a while . Every order had several items missing and all they would do was to refund the money which was of no use at all to me as I needed the food items . This week however was the last straw . There were thirteen items of food missing from my order . as usual they offered me a refund . I asked to speak to a manager only to be told that none were available , she then said that she would issue a £5 voucher . I asked if the missing items could not be dropped off when the delivery van was next in my area only to be told no as they did not do that . I rang the only number that is available and told them that I still was not happy , she put me through to a lady who deals with vulnerable customers , I think that she was reading from a script .While I was trying to explain my situation she just hung up on me .I was fuming I rang her again and as soon as I gave my name she hung up again . I rang the store where my order came from only to find that there was an automated message saying that no calls were being accepted. i rang the head office in Leeds who also were not accepting any calls. I have now cancelled the orders that I had booked and have registered with Tesco.TAKE HEED ........ IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A DISABLED ,HOUSEBOUND LADY WHAT CHANCE DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE.

Do not use. Sent in a camera disposable film to be printed and finally received the photos yesterday after waiting for almost a month after sending. Not only did these photos arrive so delayed, but they were also delivered to the wrong address, with two different addresses (my own and a neighbours) printed on two labels on the front. It also arrived very damaged and had appeared to have been opened and resealed as if it had been ripped open. Was also very squashed. The pre-postal envelope to send my film in also arrived in this state being completely open. To make matters worse not all of the photos from the film were printed, and the quality of the paper and printing ink is horrific. It almost looks as if it has been sprayed on as they are very 'dotty' appearing. Never using again.

3 weeks ago I order photo magnets . Still I didn't receive my order . I'm disappointed ? I send a few email to asda costumer service and still no one uswer to me ?.

Truly awful quality photographs - worse than Truprint in the 70s. Seems like ASDA passes this service onto a third party - probably someone with a colour printer in the corner of their bedroom! Once bitten...

No stars required. I ordered only 3 standard photos on 30th Dec and still nothing has arrived. A standard email back to say delays and the number given is for Asda opticians!!!!

The photos were very delayed and many were missing. The negatives were blank and there should be no reason why ones on either side were fine and then many were missing. I saw one on the negative that looked fine but wasn’t developed at all. There was a dark photo that they developed but not one that would have been better? Which I had used somewhere else but I couldn’t find any developing in a pandemic

wonderful , kind, caring and friendly staff, they are so helpful and positive. Excellent value for money. I love you Asda.

Took nearly 4 weeks to receive my disposable pictures back. On top of this, there are images of myself that are missing, I originally thought they may have just come out black and therefore not been posted, but from looking at the negatives the image is clear as day. So I'd like to know where these images have gone exactly. I have emailed twice and no response either.

I put my order in 15th Dec. Its now 17th Jan. Order still hasn't been despatched. They do respond, but just say we will let you know when your order has been despatched. How can it take this long?Never again

Absolute garbage. Ordered a large print which because it was packaged inappropriately arrived damaged. Took far longer than advertised to arrive. Have tried contacting their customer services numerous times and two weeks later I’m still waiting to hear back. AVOID!!

Asda Photo is the best!!! My second time ordering from there and the quality is amazing! The images are great quality of my photobook and the material is very nice!!! Also I ordered a pillow and it is so comfortable and again the quality is amazing!! Best websiteOne thing was it said the images I was putting were low quality but came out perfectly in my opinion

So upset. First Christmas with my boyfriend and I ordered him a slate with a picture of him and his recently passed Nan as his main gift. It said “8-9 working days” it’s now been 7 days with no delivery date in sight, I rang the customer service (after looking for about half an hour for a number) to be told it’s still in processing and that it won’t be here in time for Christmas. I just wish I read the reviews before ordering. But then again as it’s ASDA I didn’t think I’d need to! Upsetting and has made Christmas a little bit rubbish for me now. Thanks for nothing Asda

Photos took a very long time to come and we're very dark (not a screen brightness issue). As I'd ordered them for Christmas presents I had to use them and order replacements from elsewhere to swap out at a later date. Customer service offered 20% refund unless I returned them all, which was not practical. Poor attitude in my opinion when they admitted they'd changed the contrast and created the problem. Will definitely not use them again.

Ordered some photos for a Christmas present, no sight of them. Do not order from here.
